Privacy Notice
1. Who we are
Cennoryx Global LLC (“Cennoryx”, “we”, “us”) is a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States. We are the controller of personal information processed through this website, cennoryx.com.
You can reach us about anything in this notice at hello@cennoryx.com.
2. Scope of this notice
This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and through email correspondence with us. It does not cover third-party websites we may link to, which operate under their own privacy notices.
3. Information we collect
This website is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. There is no account system, no contact form, and no newsletter sign-up.
Information you choose to send us
If you email us, we receive the content of your message together with your email address, your name if you provide it, and any other information you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive personal information by email.
Technical information processed automatically
Like almost all websites, our hosting provider processes limited technical data when your browser requests a page. This typically includes:
- your IP address;
- the page or file requested and the date and time of the request;
- your browser type, version, and operating system (from the user-agent string); and
- the referring page, where your browser sends one.
This data is generated as part of delivering the website and keeping it secure. We do not use it to build profiles, and we do not combine it with other information to identify individual visitors.
4. No advertising or analytics tracking
We do not set cookies, and we do not use advertising networks, behavioral profiling, cross-site tracking, session recording, or third-party analytics scripts on this website. The site loads no third-party fonts, scripts, or embedded content. See our Cookie Notice for detail.
5. How we use information
We use the information described above only to:
- respond to enquiries and correspond with you;
- operate, maintain, and secure the website;
- investigate and prevent abuse, fraud, or technical faults; and
- comply with legal obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes.
6. Legal bases for processing
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interests — operating and securing the website, and responding to business enquiries addressed to us.
- Performance of a contract — where we are in, or entering into, a commercial relationship with you or the organization you represent.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to retain or disclose information by law.
7. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as far as needed to deliver their service. These are limited to:
- our website hosting and content delivery provider; and
- our email provider.
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or a valid request from a public authority, or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Addendum, as applicable.
9. How long we keep information
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter it concerns and to maintain a reasonable business record, then delete it. Server logs held by our hosting provider are retained for a short period for security and diagnostics, consistent with that provider’s standard practice.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, including rights to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under that Act.
To exercise any right, email hello@cennoryx.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Security
This website is served over HTTPS only, with modern security headers and a restrictive content security policy. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our operations or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will be described in the notice itself.
